  Basic piecrust (recipe 429)
1cCanned pumpkin; NOT sweetend
  Pie filling
2 Eggs
3/4cSkim milk
6ozCan frozen orange juice con-
  Centrate, defrosted,undilute
1/2tbCornstarch
1/4tsSalt
2tsPumpkin pie spice

Line an 8" pie plate with Basic piecrust. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and beat them thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry shell.
